MTG: If You Can Smell Farts Through Underwear, How Can A Mask Protect You From Covid?
The Q-loving fascist imbecile who brought you such gems as "peach tree dish" and "gazpacho police" won re-election earlier this month in a landslide: 65.9-34.1.
Marjorie Nazi Greene’s Twitter account was permanently suspended after she refused to stop posting lies (“disinformation”) about Covid. Head Twit Elon Musk recently reinstated her account and she immediately starting posting . . . lies about Covid.

Yes, that is a real tweet from an actual United States Congresswoman — who, because Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy is terrified to cross her and takes orders from her, is the de facto leader of the GQP in Washington.
Beyond the usual comments — such as how among an astonishing number of extreme-right morons in Congress who aim to top themselves in performative idiocy every day, Greene stands out as an exceptional embarrassment — there were some tweets with actual science!

Greene is not only a national joke, of course. She is a extremely dangerous person because she would like to turn the US into a totalitarian theocracy and have her political opponents killed. She’s against most basic human rights.
In 2018 and 2019, Greene repeatedly supported the idea that Democratic politicians — including Nancy Pelosi, Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, and John Kerry — as well as FBI agents should be killed. She created a White House petition in 2019 to impeach Pelosi for “treason” and suggesting she could be executed. There were other posts demanding that Pelosi be put to death, which she “liked”.
In 2020, Greene released an ad with her posing with a gun beside pictures of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Omar, and Rashida Tlaib. The text encouraged going on the “offense against these socialists”. In various 2019 and 2020 videos, Greene urged protesters “to flood the Capitol” and endorsed political violence, saying “the price of blood” is the only way to “get your freedoms back”.
Greene has supported numerous insane conspiracies, including QAnon — which posits that Donald Trump was chosen by Almighty God to lead a war against a cannibalistic, Satan-worshipping cabal of Democrats and celebrities who abuse, traffic, and murder children and then drink their blood for life-sustaining energy. When “the Storm” arrives, Trump will have all of these evil-doers arrested and executed.
Greene also promoted the “Frazzledrip” conspiracy, which claims a video exists of Hillary Clinton and a female aide sexually assaulting a child and then ripping off the child’s face to wear as a mask in a sacrifical rite. Greene has also spread false claims that both Bill and Hillary Clintons are involved in sex trafficking and have orchestrated a huge number of murders.
Greene also subscribes to the “Pizzagate” conspiracy, which claims that Hillary Clinton and other high-level Democrats are running a human-trafficking and pedophilia ring out of the basement of an unassuming pizza shop in Washington, DC. (Note: The pizza shop in question does not even have a basement.) Greene also suggested the 2017 white supremacist rally in Charlottesville, Virginia, was an “inside job” to “further the agenda of the elites”.
Greene also speculated that various mass shootings (including Parkland, Sandy Hook, Las Vegas, and Kennesaw State University in Georgia) were actually faked or “false flag” operations. In September 2018, Greene claimed the mythical figure “Q” — whom she has referred to as a “patriot” — warned of false flag school shootings.
In 2018, she called Parkland shooting survivor David Hogg a “paid actor” and the following year, she was filmed while verbally harrassing him on a street near the US Capitol. She has mocked Hogg as an “idiot” and a “coward” who “only talks when he is scripted”. She thought the shooting at Georgia’s Kennesaw State University could have been “a failed op” or perhaps was caused by “military grade intelligence developed weapons like Voice of God technology” (i.e., a government-controlled device implanted in a person’s head). Greene has mentioned the “Voice of God technology” on other occasions.
Greene regularly makes anti-Semitic and anti-Muslim comments. In 2018, she replied “truth” to a Facebook comment comparing Barack Obama to Osama bin Laden. She has accused Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib of trying to make Americans “live under Sharia law”. Their mission, Greene says, is “To make sure every women is dominated by Islam, is covered in sheets, loses our freedoms, and has to have our vaginas mutilated . . . We don’t need gun control! We need Muslim control!”
This is the mindset of perhaps the most powerful Republican lawmaker. In 2022, this is mainstream Republican thought.
