Texas Providing Parents With DNA Kits So Children Can Be Quickly Identified After Next School Massacre
Pro-Trump school board candidate caught masturbating near preschool children.
Texas public schools are providing parents with DNA kits so children can be easily identified after they are massacred in a future school shooting. As Rolling Stone reports:
Following the killing of 19 children and two teachers at an elementary school in Uvalde, Texas, reports emerged that the bodies of some children had been so disfigured by the shooter that DNA was required to establish their identity. Providing parents with DNA kits to preempt a similar situation was not well received by some Texas parents. “It’s like wiping your ass before you take a shit,” Brett Cross, who’s son Uziyah Garcia was killed in Uvalde, wrote on Twitter. “Let’s identify kids after they’ve been murdered instead of fixing issues that could ultimately prevent them from being murdered.” . . .
Despite reports that the Uvalde shooter purchased the two AR-15-style rifles he used to carry out the shooting days after turning 18, and carried out the massacre within days of the purchase, Texas Governor Gregg Abbott refused to entertain the notion of raising the age minimum, or implement other protective restrictions on firearm sales. . . .
As reported by Rolling Stone, in the aftermath of Uvalde, lawmakers and GOP strategists directed pundits and lawmakers to pivot away from talk of gun control at any cost. “Ignore guns, talk inflation,” read one prep memo created for a GOP senate candidate.
Republicans will do absolutely anything to avoid gun control. They are determined to make sure future school shooters have easy access to the most deadly weapons of war to massacre young girls and boys.
A pro-Trump school board candidate in Arizona who said children needed to be “protected” from “the progressive left” was arrested for public sexual indecency when he was caught masturbating in his truck near a preschool. A police officer witnessed the man at around 4:30 in the afternoon, “his pants down mid-thigh”, “manipulating his genitals” with several young children within sight. The MAGA man said he was in the area “to buy rebar”, but was feeling “stressed and just pulled into the lot" to watch “interracial porn”. Not surprisingly, he has suspended his campaign.
U.S. District Court Judge David Carter ruled that former president Donald Trump signed legal documents outlining alleged evidence of election fraud that he knew was false. Carter also stated that additional emails from Trump attorney John Eastman — showing “Trump knew that the specific numbers of voter fraud were wrong but continued to tout those numbers, both in court and to the public” — must be turned over to the January 6 Committee. Eastman had cited attorney-client privilege for withholding the emails, but Carter stated there was no privilege because the emails contain evidence of a likely crime.
Trump was deposed under oath today by lawyers representing E. Jean Carroll, who has accused Trump of defamation by denying her accusation that he raped her in the mid-1990s. It would appear that Trump, by ranting and whining about the case recently on Troth Senchal, has undermined his main defense in the case. Trump’s lawyers have argued that Trump’s original denial was made while he was president and fell under his official duties. Trump was a private citizen when he made his most recent denial, calling her claim a “hoax” (everything’s a hoax; his vocabulary is down to 17 words at this point). Trump insists he has never met Carroll, but has refused to give a DNA sample that could prove his innocence beyond all doubt. Huh. Why wouldn’t he want to show the world that Carroll was a liar?
It was a day full of bad news for Trump. A New York judge denied his motion to reassign Attorney General Letitia James’s lawsuit to a different judge.
Tom Winter, NBC News:
NBC News: Federal prosecutors say sensitive U.S. military technology has been found in Russian weapons systems recovered in Ukraine. They’ve charged a group of Russians with illegally purchasing the technology through a network of shell companies and fake documentation.
The indictment (and our story to come) stems from a FBI New York investigation and a Justice Department Task Force KleptoCapture investigation which also involves illicit sales of Venezuelan oil to a Russian aluminum company controlled by an oligarch and a Chinese oil company.
A network of shell companies, eh? Could this be connected to Trump stealing more than 300 classified and top secret documents from the US government?
Also: “A high-precision grinding machine system manufactured in Connecticut that is banned from being exported to Russia due to its potential application in nuclear proliferation and defense programs has been intercepted in Latvia before it was to be shipped to Russia.”
“The indictment alleges that these defendants attempted to smuggle a high-precision export-controlled item to Russia where it could have been used in nuclear proliferation and Russian defense programs,” said U.S. Attorney Vanessa Roberts Avery. “The danger created by such conduct is profound.”
